• DoorDash orderI was very displeased with my meal. The french fries were very obviously old and cold. The burger was very small and very thin. I licken it to a hamburger patty from a McDonald's Happy Meal,cold and had just a whisper of ingredients. The shake was mediocre as well. It lacked flavor.

• DoorDash orderShake shack is great. I've had it delivered several times now. Everything is hot when it gets to me, although I do live less than 10 minutes away. Fries are fresh, not soggy, neither are the buns.
All good, I order every few weeks when i just cannot make dinner. lol

• DoorDash orderThe Shack Burger I had was just the right amount a cheesy and with added bacon it sent me off to heaven. IT WAS SO YUMMY and JUICY - Its been a LONG time since I've had a good burger like this.
The Fries (the basic) , to my surprise, arrived crispy and crunchy. None of them were soggy. They had just the right amount of salt, not overwhelming and not overwhelming.
And the Cran Citrus Punch, I was worried about all the flavors melding together, but they did and so refreshingly. For me the Cranberry flavor really stood out. Its a really great drink to cleanse the pallet and make you take another bite of your burger.
Fyi, The shakes while good were nothing marvelous in my opinion. They were thick but nothing great.
Def recommend the place. So glad I can order from here (Burbank) to my location (Van Nuys).
