Great experience at the Shanes in Bethlehem, GA. My order arrived from DoorDash missing the two pulled pork plates we ordered, so I called the restaurant and they apologized profusely and when I arrived they gave us two gift vouchers along with free cobbler and a new pulled pork fries for our trouble. Genuinely good customer service and thought to keep the customer satisfied.
