The falafel was not taste of Falafel at all and i requested Tahini to be added to the wrap not garlic. Even the coleslaw has a weird taste. very poor level. This is the 1st and last time i will order from this restaurant

Awful. Wraps tasted old and stale. Presentation was a mess; Hot fries sitting on coleslaw -> warm coleslaw. Wrong side sauce. No Pomegranate Molasses in the wrap. Very disappointing experience.
Falafels are pretty bland.

I have been a loyal customer for two years but the food was horrible today! The chicken was so hard i just couldn't chew it properly nor I was able to swallow it. What happened to Shawarma Royale? Please fix the way you cook chicken like before. It used to be so soft and juicy but today it was hard as rock.
