The gravy was very good. I liked the spice. The chicken was tender. The meal is supposed to come with a LARGE side of macaroni salad. I received only a tiny portion which was disappointing.

Based off other reviews and posts I decided to give this a try and I will say I was a bit disappointed, portion size was good but the oxtail was lacking in flavour and spices and a little on the tough side, rice and peas was good but the coleslaw was disappointing , don't know if I'll order from here again

There is no consistency in this restaurant
One time order the plantain and it is fried and caramelized right. The next time completely white, not even cooked. Wasnt even ripped plantain . Then was completely rude on the phone we nuh hav dat
Festival dry, tasteless and fried in stale oil
Like I said we are repeat customers so really disappointed and all in a matter of 4 days

Another review because I notice this restaurant continues to raise and drop prices on select items wheneverthey see fit. I think consistency in pricing is important. Portions aren't getting bigger, so what's the reason? Would be nice if they used the extra $ for better packing. They use plastic bags and don't seal their containers, so the gravy spills and food comes to you messy.
