I recently ordered from Shiromaru and was thoroughly impressed. It was my first time trying tonkotsu, and the broth was amazing and flavorful with the perfect medium spice level. The Classic Tonkotsu was delicious and satisfying. The Salmon Lemon Roll was phenomenal, with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Overall, a fantastic meal that I highly recommend!

Not enough sauce with the Chicke Karaagen but it was still delicious! Classic Tonkotsu was spiced perfect! Traditional Spicy CaliforniaTraditional California Roll were also good but a bit small but still worth it when it comes to taste

the Pork Belly Chashu Bun was the biggest star of my order, very juicy and delicious, the Classic Tonkotsu was good but cold and I've had better. the Yellow Tail and Salmon nigiri was good, but disappointed that the price was for only 1 slice, most places do 2 slices for that price, but no biggie, just don't think for 8.50 there should be only 2 small slices of fish but IDK.

The Spicy Salmon Spicy Salmon Bowl was DELICIOUS!! I tore into it right when I got it and it was so good, along with the Red Tonkotsu which always is good . The salmon bowl comes with miso and its wonderful flavored. There was barley any Spicy Kani Spicy Kani Salad tho and for the price id have expected more
