I used to love shumi but beyond confused. This roll is 22 dollars... where is any of the salmon? Where is the seared salmon on top or the salmon inside?

Ordered the Sushi Deluxe. It was awful. Some of the worst looking low quality fish I've ever seen from a sushi restaurant in Nj/NY area. Shameful.
