The unique burgers are great tasting when they're made properly. But it was disappointing that we received the Mozzerati burger with a single tiny cheese curd on the burger when we're expecting it to be full of them. Also, we asked for two ranch Extra Dipping Sauces that we did not receive. Only 2 meals and some sauce so it's not like it was a big order.

They should offer pickup so you can double-check your order. Ordered delivery, and we were missing items. The fries didn't have any salt on them. The chicken tenders were dry. Food is over priced for the quality

My food was cooler than room temperature, I ordered the Fish & Chips Basket and added Extra Dipping Sauces and received no sauce at all, they forgot to give me my coleslaw. All I received was cold, dry fish and cold, nasty tater tots.

I was really looking forward to eating here but now that I have, I just might not order from there ever again. My babe's burger (Eggstraordinary ) was soaked in egg yolk but at least edible and presentable. I got the Patty Melt which was not even grilled and my sweet potato fries were soggy with ZERO cinnamon/sugar seasoning. I have to personally grill my burger and fries.
