Blaze was tasty, broth was rich, and pork was tender. Crispy Chicken Karaage was just slightly too oily, but otherwise had good flavor and enough crisp.

I usually order from Hiro Nori, but they were closed so I gave silverlake ramen a try and I'm glad I did. Very comparable, really great broths and ingredients and fun to have a spicy version like blaze.

Classic is done right not overly salty. Noodles are little overcooked for delivery but, i can overlook it:)

Usually I get silverlake ramen from the Irvine Spectrum location, however this location was closer to my house. Unfortunately it was terrible, my classic ramen with chicken had two slices of pork in it. It did not taste as it usually does, as I believe they missed, or did not put in the correct ingredients in my broth. Will only go to spectrum location from now on.

The Classic Combo (Ramen + Appetizer) was fantastic. 2 pc Churros were pretty solid too. Overall would recommend.
