Simon of Simon Says / UFO Burger is one of the good ones. A genuine good soul that looks after his patrons and the community in general.
This means that the food takes time to get just right - No Bun More Fun (Halal) is a good example. It will take time (and money) but you won't regret it for a moment. It's always fresh, DELICIOUS and leaves your tummy feeling loved.

Extremely stingy portions, spent $50 on food and made noodles after which is a first for me, tiny portion of chips and the $9 jalapeno poppers are actually jalapeno cheese bites that are tiny and not spicy

Definitely dropped in quality over time. Ingredients are expensive, and margins must suck, so it's understandable.
What was once bacon is now weird salami, what was once awesome buns, now it's TipTop hamburger buns. The first Becca Burger (Halal)I had was this bacony, cheesy monster, and this iteration felt cheap and unhappy.
Stick with the Birira Tacos, or anything meaty (like 1 Piece FH26 Chicken (Halal)), since they still bring Simon Says' best.
Not going to get any of the burgers again though.

Great gods of gravy and goodness - the Birira Taco (Halal) is insanely flavoursome.
Imagine the softest naan with the tastiest fillings, gently seducing your tastebuds and showing them the time of their little tonguey life. That's what you get. Flavour moments of a Pad Thai, BBQ sauce and love, with the texture of a jam doughnut. The good kind you can really bite, not those over sugary ones.
As for the 1 Piece FH26 Chicken (Halal) , Simon Says it's hot. Listen to what Simon Says. I swear I saw into the future and heard colours. Yum though.
