My sweetheart said his med-rare steak was perfectly cooked (little char on the outside, juicy and slightly pink inside). My salad had super fresh greens and the chipotle ranch was a nice surprise flavor-wise.

the prime rib was like shoe leather. I could not cut the meat with the plastic utensils. I had to get a metal knife and fork.

Baby Back Ribs And Chicken was well prepared and meaty. I was impressed by the packaging. Icecream for BJ's Chocolate Chunk Pizookie® came in a separate bag.

If you are a carnavoir of an awesome steak, Slo Roast will not disappoint. We ordered the Rib Eye, medium, with Cheddar Mashed Potatoes and Caesar Salad. We shared the order which was very ample for two. We had a great bottle of Cabernet in our wine vault which was the perfect accompaniment.
