The texture of the greens were great, but there was way too much vinegar. The beans had too much liquid smoke flavor and were too tangy. Pork Belly was cooked to perfection, but it was a very small portion. I won't be back, but I'd BBQ is one of those things you have to try for yourself.

the Brisket. -1/2 lb. was so flavorful and juicy. i loved the Pulled Pork - 1/2 lb.and Sticky Ribs - 1/2 rack also. everything was delicious!

Soooooo delicious!!! The brisket was amazing, the slaw was fresh and perfect dressed, the Mac and cheese was comforting!
