• DoorDash orderThis right here is why I love Solar Roast: I ordered a chai latte with hibiscus - figured I'd see how the flavor played. When it arrived, I had the chai latte, but the hibiscus syrup was on the side in a tiny cup with a warning that it might curdle the milk. That kind of care and attention to detail is so very rare, and is excellent customer service. Also, I made sure to stir vigorously while adding the hibiscus - seemed to keep any curdling to a minimum.
