Food is good. Fresh and exactly as ordered. But I think because they're new to doordash they're having some issues. There are things listed on their menu that the store doesn't actually have, so it glitches their system. If you get one of those items (for us it was the frito pie), no part of the order goes through and doordash just keeps sending more and more dashers to collect an order that doesn't exist. Until eventually it's canceled.
It messes up the dasher and the workers at sonic and causes issues. So I hope whoever handles the app on sonic's end updates the menu soon to reflect what's actually available. I feel bad wasting their time and the dashers time ordering things that aren't available.
Regardless, once we got everything else we ordered the food was tasty. They did an amazing job. Just sucks the menu isn't accurate and causes problems for everyone.

All the wrappers were sticky with syrup and it was on the tortilla, I did not order anything that came with syrup. Also the eggs did not seem fully cooked they were mush.

our door Dasher brought us the wrong drinks and then wasn't very helpful however the staff at Sonic was absolutely amazing offered to remake our shakes no problem at all. definitely impressed with them tonight!

The food was good, but the shakes tasted like there was no flavor, also they didn't put the banana or oreo in it like I ordered.
