Decent sand when made as specified, but I'd say 50% of the time they make mistakes on the order. Ingredient quality and closeness is the only reason I keep ordering. They are exceptionally expensive for the size of their sandwiches and salads (how expensive is lettuce, for real). If Jersey Mike's or Mr. Pickles were closer, I'd rarely order from here. That said, the bread is very good, as are the soups on the days they have something I like. Everything always tastes and smells fresh so 4* even with the constant errors and poor integration with DD.

Food was 5 stars so I gave them a good rating. Soup was healthy amdyasty and not salty. Sandwich was good and toppings were generous and high quality.
But - not a great value for price paid - I just dropped 30 bucks (not counting delivery) for a small cup of soup and half a sandwich. Kinda typical for Dooordash merchants though.

both items were cold and I received them 40 minutes after I placed the order. for how expensive it was ($36 Including tip) I would think the soup portion would be bigger and everything would at least be warm. I won't order here again. I may opt to eat there in person but I won't order it to go.
as far as the cold food quality and flavors, the Artichoke Chicken Flat Bread was pretty good although the toppings weren't distributed very well. for example, all the chicken is on one side of the pizza and two slices basically had just cheese sauce and one red onion slice. the white sauce is very good though, and I bet it's way better warm.
the fire roasted vegetable soup is good but nothing to really write home about. again, I bet it tastes better warm. it has a good selection of veggies in it but they don't appear or taste fire roasted.

The Greek Salad was very fresh and the chocolate Chocolate chip Cookies were divine. They were moist, full of chocolate chips, just decadent. Their sandwiches never disappoint. This place is always a solid lunch go to option.

The whole meal was great! The 4" sandwich, chips, and macadamia nut cookie were enough for 2 meals, and I did drink 1 can of soda. I'll have the rest tomorrow, with more for snacks. I had the 4" roast beef sandwich on marble rye, it was delicious and they put plenty meat on the sandwich, which was enough to enjoy, unlike some/most of the chain sandwich stores where you get more bread than filling. This was my 3rd order from here, each one has been great! I wish that i could order from here when i am visiting my sister in Richmond.
