I ordered a white ch mocha and got one with no white chocolate sauce. I wasn't offered to get what I ordered just we'll make changes to quality improvement. Lesson learned, I'll go where I get what I pay for.

Not sure why the Iced Brown Sugar Oakmilk "shaken" Espresso drink was layered. Maybe it was the fact that there were only a few ice cubes left after all the others melted. Croissant was hard as a rock. So stale. Makes me wonder how long does this location keep pastries.
