one item was not included in the order but I was still charged. it's not the first time this has happened. I'm still giving 3 stars because the other items were very good. hope they can pay more attention to putting all items in bag before sending out

Everything came quickly and fresh. Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage stayed cold and did not melt! Great packaging to Starbucks and excellent delivery from my DDer! My first time using DD and a great experience !!

The bag the Sri k was in was leaking and a mess. Another cup was inside but I dont kno what tjepirpose of the seoncd cup was meant to do. I think the drink spilled probably in preparation.
