each time I try to give this locagya chance, it backfires. I've ordered the caramel frappe multiple times and it always taste like ice with a spritz of Carmel, no coffee etc. I recently ordered, after a while of not ordering from here, a brown sugar oat milk and it didn't have any brown sugar just all coffee like a regular cold brew w a splash of milk. only thing I ever order from here that was good or what I ordered was the apple spice,steamed apple juice with caramel. that's the only thing here made correctly

Every time the Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich is cold in the inside... like the egg part is just half cooked.
