One thing about Starbucks, they package food/drinks the best, fresh is guaranteed and they are very timely much like they are in store!

Smaller size drinks were delivered than what was ordered and the hot chocolate had NO chocolate only steamed milk had to throw it out. If there was chocolate in there to begin with you should see some that settled at the bottom of the cup. This is not the first time Ive ordered from this location and had issues. The staff needs to be better trained.

The iced mocha was good, however the Strawberry Creme Frapp wasn't made correctly and didn't have whip cream.

My coffee wasn't even full to the top of the cup. Make sure that your dasher speaks with someone and ensures they don't half do your drinks!
