my white chocolate mocha I ordered did not contain any white mocha or caramel and the coffee tasted burnt. lately this starbucks has been messing up my orders repetitively even when I go through the drive-thru. over charging then trying to give me a size small coffee when I ordered a large and paid full price.

I paid an extra $1.60 for vanilla cold foam and didnt get any, other then that my drink isnt filled all the way

I like how much I can customize my Chai making it exactly how I want it to taste especially since I can add a shot of espresso to give me that extra bit of caffeine and making it taste less sweet.

there was like half an inch from the top gone and the cup was kind of messy but i absolutely hate foam and they achieved the no foam
