My iced grande drink came in à venti hot cup, which no problem sometimes you run out of cups. But instead of being same amount of drink in the cup they filled the cup with ice to the top. Drink was very watered down and did not taste like regular Iced Caramel Macchiato. Not the first time this has happened ordering from this location

They mess up my drink. Ordered venti Hot whi te Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha and they gave me extra ICE mocha. Matters worst, they only want to giveback $3 from the $12 dri you ordered.
