So pleased that Starbucks packed my breakfast Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich in a separate bag and not in with cold drinks I ordered, like they usually do. So enjoyed my SB brunch! Thank you.

There was more ice in my Venti Iced Chai Tea Latte than there was Chai Tea Latte. The Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes were soggy and expensive for the size you get. Won't order again.

The white chocolate White Chocolate Mocha tasted weird, bottom of the pot. Left a strange taste in my. mouth. I order several times a week with no problems, yet they would not credit me the cost of the coffee as it didnt meet their guidelines for refunds. Very disappointing

Usually fresh, but store took so long that items were old and cold by the time they were received. It was not the driver. It was the store.

I order from this store almost daily... this is a venti. It felt light so I opened the lid... um half full?! I paid $15 for this drink and it's half full!!! Starbucks do better!
