Overall, it was okay. Could have made better cocoa (much MUCH better) at home, but wanted something hot while the power was out due to snow. Hot Chocolate tasted weird? I've never ordered hot chocolate from Starbucks and I won't be doing it again. White Chocolate Mocha is my go to, got it for my mom this time around and she had no complaints. Also, stickers didn't stick to the lids! Some of our drinks had spillage, but surprisingly stayed warm. Won't be ordering again, quality isn't worth the money and time. I'll stick to ordering my coffee from the counter rather than my phone lol. Three stars though because inclimate weather and such - I order dd during a snow in!

I rarely order door dash but whenever I do there is always something wrong with my order vs ordering at the store I usually don't have this problem. My drink tasted like nothing but oat milk. No matcha, no splenda etc. I had to pour it out and wasted 13.00 because it was so nasty.

Ice was not blended in and it tasted like old coffee water. This is the same one I always order, but this was so nasty I had to pour it out. As expensive as it is this was very upsetting to not even be able to drink it.

The food comes packaged well. I love how the drinks come packaged securely in a bag. The coffee was great!
