I called Starbucks directly after ordering and asked the employee to add extra extra extra caramel crunch topping to my drink and she did it exactly how I asked (I've tried this in the past, but it's never really been done the way that I asked because I try to explain that I really REALLY LOVE the crunch topping...honestly it's the only reason I order this drink)....this time the girl did an AMAZING JOB and I actually got a bunch of the crunch topping the way I've been wanting!!!! So thank you to that worker who did exactly what I had asked (I also offered to pay for the extra topping, but she said I didn't need to)!!!! This girl should get a raise and I wish all employees in every type of food service job would show such care for a customer by actually listening and doing what is asked (I'm always willing to pay basically whatever amount a company wants in order to get extra extra extra amounts of my favorite ingredients) A++++ to this employee!!!

My coffee was delicious but I had 2 whole coffee beans in my drink. Not the end of the world but it has happened at 2 other times lol!

I usually look forward to my starbies treat when I'm up this way working. unfortunately my order arrived missing the dragonfruit addition I paid for. bummer
