I use DoorDash when in burbank, long nights busy mornings it's just easier. This location has gone above and beyond with my orders I always call them to ask for a water and a pup cup to be added . Great personality , never rude, they are happy peope early in the morning and If something isnt right they will address it & make sure it's good the next time . My orders are always the same . Logan who works there has been outstanding!! I look forward to saying hi in person one day! This store gets 5 stars plus!

They never fill the cups with coffee, one persons idea of cream is completely different from the other barista. 1 day my coffee is light 1 day is dark like dirty water and one day it said cream on it and it arrived black. I called the store today and spoke to Mya I added a venti ice water, got a venti cup of ice. I asked for a large pup cup which usually is a short cup of whip cream but today it was a venti cup of whip cream!?! guess that was good since my coffee didn't have enough cream in it. Nobody listens anymore and there is NO standard protocol to making a drink, I firmly believe it's however the person making it is feeling they just do whatever they want. I would use a different location but door dash only uses this store not sure why or how I can change it. it's not even close to my house.
