sadly, I picked the shake up by the lid and it ended up on my sidewalk. I should have known better, I used to work at Graeter's! everything was wonderful as usual, though.

They say 3rd times the charm and it sure was lol, after 2 failed deliveries, never delivered then wrong sandwiches Friday and Saturday, but today food came fresh and hot still and was correct woohoo lol

The Fries were ice cold upon arrival. Even if a hot bag wasn't used, they weren't fresh. The milkshakes were amazing as always!!

Everything was really good ! The shakes were thick & cold - the food was fresh & hot. & we got all the sauces requested !

The way the food was packaged was atrocious. It was all sealed in a plastic bag with no vents so of course by the time we received it all the food inside was a wet mushy mess from being streamed the entire rid here. Our burgers were also upside down so the top buns disintegrated. Not worth the money at all and barely edible.
