Frisco Melt Combo was not melted at all, it was like they made it with an Easy Bake Oven. The burger I ordered was drenched in sauce I didn't ask for/want and so greasy I had to line my table with 3 layers of napkins. Side of Cheese Sauce was forgotten. Usually I love S&S, but this was disappointing.

One order of fries was supposed to be cheese fries (you pay more for it). Did not get cheese fries and all fried were cold. Drink carrier wasn't constructed well so a drink spilled.

They forgot the Buffalo Additional dipping sauce . The grilled Grilled Cheese was burnt. No forks or napkins. The Garlic Double Steakburger Combo was delicious. The chilli cheese fries were mostly cheese.

My milkshake was spilled over all of my food, fries were hard, and my burger was plain as it didnt come the condiments mentioned on menu (no cheese, pickels, etc) only the onions I selected.
