Very good food for the price. I get the BBQ Bacon burger and it's great. The fries are good and usually hot, but on the rare occasion they're not, just toss them in an airfryer and they're as good as new. I'm not a Shake person but my partner loves the vanilla!

Horrible. This spot is wayyy to expensive for the quality of food you getting.. $8-10 for a burger that is low tier quality. Try 5guys if you want a burger around that price. The fries were overcooked and still came cold. The fries are the worse fast food fries I ever had too. If I can give 0 stars I would.

I got the double garlic burger and the meat was so dry. I think if it had more of the sauce it wouldn't have been as bad but I don't think there is any. There's plenty of garlic butter on top, but it just makes it greasy, which would have been fine if napkins were provided.

I love Steak 'n Shake, but this location is seriously lacking in...everything. If they remember my drinks they put them in the same paper bag as my food, and they inevitably spill. I always order a plain burger with ketchup, and it always comes not plain. Doubles are singles, chicken tenders are hit or miss, fries are usually cold and soggy, and I don't live that far away from the location. If you are craving the classic goodness that usedro be Steak 'n Shake, save yourself money and frustration and go in person.
