The chili 5 way was not hot. Had hardly any meat, but had way too many beans and spaghetti. The brownie was pretty good. Will not order chili mac again. I grew up on Steak n Shake as a young girl and teenager. The difference between then and now is not comparable. All fast food has lost its quality and customer service. They need to ramp up their hiring process. Im my experience, most of the employees can't even assemble a sandwich properly. I could go on but I won't. Since COVID made it's ugly appearance, the majority of services and products have declined beyond what is acceptable.

Fresco Melt is always on point. And shakes come to you faster with doordash than actually visiting the restaurant. lol

no topping on my burgers. not even ketchup. just terrible . I did not ask for anything to be taken off. fries were cold only thing decent was chilli
