Wood fired pizza our oven is imported from italy and burns with an intensity to cook a pizza at a blistering 750-900 degrees. The high heat provides a nice char (called leoparding) and also embeds a smoky flavor in the finished pizza. All pizzas are sized to feed one person (12"). The dough is made fresh daily and has a crunchy, chewy texture when cooked.
