Sandwich was soggy as can be and they only gave me a 6' when I paid for 12' - For damn near 20$ a sandwich you can't be messing that up.

The #24 Fiery Meatball was a bit over stuffed since I added spinach, but it turned out to have far less of the other toppings than when I got it in person! It was almost 70% spinach.

The person that owns the locations in pittsfeild and lenox doesn't honor most subway franchise special promotions (they're always non-participating). Subway in lenox is better than the pittsfeild locations, their store & food areas are cleaner & the employees are pleasant and more professional.

they put a disgusting amount of sweet onion sauce on the grinders. it was a sloppy mess and for 32$ for 2 footlongs you'd think it'd be better.
