This is my favorite and go-to boba place; I always order the boba milk tea; they always make sure the cup is fully filled with milk tea. The milk tea has high quality since they only put milk and tea!! Many boba places use half and half instead of real milk but this one does not do that. I really like that.

A little disappointed to have tried out the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea. Personally, just not to my taste 😅. The oolong in it was fragrant and noticeable as always (as I prefer) but the peach felt more like a scent than an actual taste, if that makes sense? I feel like if I'd gotten it with the cheese foam like many have recommended, I'd like it more but even so, I think I'd still order either my usual or something else next time.
For reference: I'm usually a 0%/25% to 50% kind of boba customer w/ a few notable exceptions up to 74% for say, the Thai tea.

Love everything about this place! Both their fruit and milk teas are solid. The green tea jelly is also pretty good so try it out. My favs are the mango milk tea, mango frostie, summer frostie, strawberry jasmine tea and jasmine milk tea. My partner loves their fruit tea
