That 30. Eel was incredible. First time I've ever tried it, ngl was a bit scared to because I'm picky with fish 😂
This dish is cooked with care. The eel is so tender it practically melts in your mouth, and it has virtually no fishy taste. It's sweet and earthy, and leaves a slightly tinge-y earthy aftertaste in your mouth, best washed down with the miso soup.
The only thing is is that the skin is rather slimy, but easy to peel off for those who can't stomach slimy textures.
Freaking 10/10 my first time eating eel will not be my last. 😋😋😋❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️I implore everyone to try this dish at least once, especially with those picky with fish.
ALSO the dish comes with miso soup. You don't have to order it separately.
