Harvest Bowl. Looks & tastes like it has been pre- made & sitting around for days. Dry chicken, burnt sweet potato slices, small portion. Sub- par quality as compared to past experiences ordering & consuming orders at Sweet Greens. SweetGreens has always been a go to when in Boston. This experience is not at all consistent with past experience. First & last time using Door Dash. Ordered from hotel during stay. No utensils provided. If I missed the option to request utensils on the app I likely overlooked it while trying to ignore the barrage of upselling other items. Ugh!

The portions were smaller than what we've had at other Sweet Greens. The miso salmon was also not as good as what we've had at other Sweet Greens.

This SweetGreen location consistently makes the saddest bowls. Tiny portions, not fresh ingredients, small scoop even when paying extra. I thought I was ordering from the Harvard Square locstion and was dissapointed when I realized this was the Beacon Hill Sweetgreen again. Not worth the price.

I order the Miso Glazed Salmon from this store often. This time the salmon was dry and over cooked. It looked like it had been under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. Very disappointed.
