• DoorDash orderBurrito was more the size of a rolled taco. The hash brown cake was cold and the Meximelt didn't taste like I remembered. Something was missing and the cheese wasn't melted. It was very disappointing and way overpriced.

• DoorDash orderEverything was good, except for the Premium Hot Coffee. I ordered it without creamer, sugar, or sweetener, just black coffee, as the menu photo shows. The restaurant put sweetened creamer in it, even though I didn't check the creamer or sweetener boxes. This is the 2nd time this restaurant has done this when I order black coffee.

• DoorDash order2 Pepsis were missing from the Drinks Party Pack I ordered. Taco Bell, if you were out of Pepsi, you could've contacted me to ask what other drinks I wanted instead of just giving me 2 of the 4 drinks I ordered. Poor customer service!

• DoorDash orderThe food is great, but I rarely get everything I asked for. 99% of the time I get the wrong drink. I've started picking up my food instead of DoorDashing it because I already know it'll be wrong.
