• DoorDash orderI love Taco Bell, but this one needs new management and thorough training. Consistently incorrect, whether that be portion size or presentation. Sometimes you wait 25 minutes for your order while inside, and small orders at that. I have had to lean over the counter and ask the manager for my cup after ten minutes of the front counter being ignored. Multitasking is not a strong point here

• DoorDash orderhalf of my food was missing the rest barely had anything in it. the burritos were just tortilla with about a tablespoon of meat. the taco was the same way. just sad it's the closest to me.

• DoorDash orderI understand it’s New Year’s Day, and Taco Bell is busy, but my recent order arrived completely cold. I order from this Taco Bell regularly, and the issue seems to have been on the restaurant’s end, not the dasher.
My tostada was soggy and cold, falling apart before I could even take a bite. The Meximelt, my favorite item, was so cold the tortilla stuck to the insert. My chicken nuggets and dessert were also cold and lacked their usual freshness. Warming the items helped slightly, but this experience may make me hesitant to order Taco Bell through DoorDash again. I was especially heartbroken over the Meximelt, which is normally perfect.
