The Quesabirria (3) (GF) tacos r absolutely amazing. so so flavorful and delicious with the (mild) dipping salsa. they're so jam packed that it makes a great meal. I also got the Chips And Queso and that queso is SO rich and creamy. This meal tasted amazing and I WILL be ordering again!! ^_^ Love Taco Libre so much!

This is my boyfriends and I's go to whenever we don't know what to eat. We have NEVER been disappointed in this place, although I would say I'd appreciate larger hot sauce containers for take out and door dash because we always use every last DROP. For some reason I always crave their quesadillas. We also always get the Buritta (We get at least 2 meals out of 1).

The food is delicious and the portions are huge. You definitely get your money's worth. We had to go to the restaurant because our dasher forgot our drinks. They provided great service; the restaurant is clean. We could not recommend this place enough. Sadly, this is our last day in Minnesota. We wish we had found it sooner.

Quesabirria (3) (GF) - amazing.
Mild sauce - didn't burn my face off like some mild sauces, perfect.
Chips And Queso - chips have a great amount of crunch and just the right amount of salt. Queso was thick and creamy and was a perfect addition to the Mexican Rice.

OMG!! this was our first time trying this at work and DANG!! it was sooo good! the Empanada (1) was soo good! nice and crispy. a couple of the chips from the Chips & Queso tasted like they needed to be fried just a little bit more. but the queso was amazing! so much taste and i couldnt stop eating it!. the Quesadilla was HUGE. the chicken tasted great in it.
We will for sure be ordering from here again!
