Gordita - super difficult to eat, came with rice and beans which I was extremely grateful for. At first the picture make you believe that the gordita was going to be a light and fluffy masa with some grill crust. This was flattened masa and very very hard. I wished they allowed the masa to bubble up and get aerated like a pita. The idea was great, the execution was not. The masa was so dense, and I couldnt eat it easily with a fork, then fork and knife. The flavor was good. Though I would choose a pork or carne asada next time. The beef cheek was all sauce which was another reason it was too difficult to eat. I tried to fold like a taco, tried to eat like a sandwich, nope...tried to eat it with fork and knife....no knife. Just a fork.
Tacos, were good.
