really disappointed :( the salmon inside the Route 66 was brownish grey, tough and overcooked, and tasted like how cat food smells. the Spicy Crispy Tuna Maki had no spicy. no sauce whatsoever. just cucumber and tempura flakes wrapped in nori with tuna on top. this place has such great reviews...i don't know what happened

All the food was delicious! Chicken Katsu was nice and crispy, Shumai was very savory and Shrimp Tempura Maki was awesome.

Truffle Veggie maki was disappointing as it was supposed to include tempura sweet potato but it only had regular cooked sweet potato. The truffle oil was a bit off too so the total flavor profile didn't really work for me. And I missed the crunch of the tempura. Edamame came nice and hot and was great. Salad was pretty good.
