Simply delightful 😊. I definitely enjoyed my lunch, today. The Oxtail was falling off the bone tender, juicy, well seasoned, and sweet to the taste buds. The Rice and Peas had just the right amount of shelliness without being hard or too soft. The gravy had the perfect consistency and coated the Rice and Peas in sweet goodness. The Sorrel Ginger was Christmas morning on an otherwise soso day. Like a leisurely walk on happy times road lol. Thank you.

Just in time to satisfy the hunger. The meat was very tender. The broth had the right consistency, flavor, and temperature. The food was prepared just right, and enough was included Red Peas to do the job. Not to mention one could never go wrong with Tropical Rhythm Sorrel.
