Love Tay Ho! Their Banh Xeo - Pork & Shrimp is sooooo good. Super crispy and with enough lettuce, not like other places. I didn't get to take a picture of it because I inhaled it when it got here. Even with delivery, it was still crispy. Their Pork & Mushrooms Roll Set is delicious as well.

Samantha M. doesn't know what she's talking about, and since Doordash doesn't allow interaction with reviews, i think something needs to be said within this chain, as i don't think it's right for a restaurant's ratings to be unjustly tanked due to ignorance.
The dish she'd ordered, the name sake of the establishment, is supposed to either be dunk or fully drenched with the sauce accompanying it, called nước chấm, depending on one's preference for how savory they like their food. It is not to be mistaken with straight fish sauce, as it is a much lighter mixture with fish sauce as a base. You wouldn't call a Caesar salad a Caesar salad without its mayonnaise based dressing, would you? Hence, bánh cuốn on its own needs to be on the bland side, to accomodate the flavor explosion offered by their signature nước chấm.
With that in mind, i find the food with Tay Ho exceeding my expectations every time and scratching that nostalgia itch for authentic Viet food from home. They never skimp out on the protein, nor the greens and the herbs (another essential element of these dishes), which i really appreciate.
The only feedback i could add is that i wish they would enable me to opt out of receiving their totebags with every delivery. I've ordered a lot and accumulated a lot more (albeit high-quality) tote bags than I'd ever need. It's excellent packaging, but wasteful for a repeated customer.

This is some of the best Vietnamese food I've ever had, especially during the hot days as of recent. The quality of all the ingredients are superb, and you can taste it. Every set comes in a very appealing and high quality packaging, as well as a tote bag. The service is spectacular as well, and their crew is very nice.

I've tried this restaurant one time before and it tastes even better than I remember. I think the flavor has gotten better from the last time. The meat was very good and they use lime which is a good sign. I still think the broth is a little bland, so def needs the sauce to help that. Other than that it's very good and they don't skimp on the meat. Their Black Tea Unsweetened was also very good and a good price. Would get from here again.

Pick up is east as usual. The pork & Pork & Mushrooms Roll Set was alright. It's not too filling and I got the shrimp rolls for an additional $2. I thought there would be actual shrimps in there but it was shrimp flakes instead.
