If you’re craving a solid Tex-Mex meal, Ted’s Escondido delivers with their Fabulous Shredded Chicken Burrito and Beef Enchiladas combo.
The shredded chicken burrito lives up to its name—tender, flavorful chicken wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, smothered in their signature sauce. The seasoning is spot on, not too spicy but packed with flavor, and the portion size is generous. The cheese and sauce blend perfectly, making every bite rich and satisfying.
The beef enchiladas are a classic done right. The beef is well-seasoned and juicy, wrapped in corn tortillas that hold up well under the layers of sauce and melted cheese. The red enchilada sauce has a nice depth, with just the right balance of smoky and savory notes.

• DoorDash orderTh food was good and our special request was completed which I appreciate. My only complaint is that the Small Setup queso was only 3/4 full. Overall you dont get enough salsa and queso for the amount of chips- but it was good!
