Both the tenders and the fries were just a bit too moist. I like my chicken and fries crunchy.

They make good food but after my first couple of orders they kept sending the wrong food. I would order a sandwich and they only send the strips and also no sauce. Can't reach out to them because they don't have a working phone number or email or customer support. DoorDash refuses to contact them. I would avoid trying to order from Tender Shack since your order will be incorrect and DoorDash will only refund a couple of dollars. You pay for their mistakes.

Portion was way smaller than I expected. 5 chicken fingers were small. But tasted really good
