First time trying Tender Shack and I loved it. My food was hot upon arrival and the seasoned fries were delicious. The breading on the chicken is great. I got the buttermilk ranch and Tender Shack sauces which were also great paired with my tenders and fries. 10/10 !

Chicken tenders were pretty decent sized and super crispy. Fries were okay but the portion could've been better. Some of my sauces were missing but the Honey mustard is great.

Quality has gone so far down hill. Tenders are so tiny now and fries aren't even seasoned. And $9.99 is way too much for that. Maybe $5

Wish I could give this no stars...Was super excited to try this after reading reviews. I ordered a tender meal with honey mustard and tender shack sauce & a salted caramel cookie.
I opened the box and there were 5 soggy, oily, and limp fries accompanied by small soft and soggy chicken tenders.
I dipped my first tender in the shack sauce and it tasted like rotten fish.
After this terrible meal I was hopeful
To finish with a cookie. The cookie was packaged in a half open piece of foil, I took a bite and almost lost a tooth. I just stopped there...Super bummed and sad about this
