Short Ribs were tender with no need for a knife. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because these arrived cold despite it being a 5 minute drive.
Coconut Cake is delicious. the cake is incredibly tender and the icing and filling are akin to whipped cream.

The Atlantic Salmon was fresh and the teriyaki sauce on the side had a great flavor profile. Loved the roasted potatoes and carrots. A winner!
