Quick delivery but flowers are not worth it at all , very small and not similar to the picture at all wrapped in plastic not in a vase or anything

very beautiful flowers, my mom loved them for valentine's day and loved her chocolates as well! the flowers are a variety of purple, pink, and blue mostly.

I placed an order (using The Flower & Gift Boutique (COL-1)) for "Happiness Bouquet (22ct)" specifically because of the flower colors. What was delivered was "Holiday Hopeful Bouquet (20 Stems)".
Happiness Bouquet contained reds, purples, and other colors; while Holiday Hopeful Bouquet consisted of white flowers.
My wife loves colorful, and not so much the monochromatic bouquets -- especially when that one color is white.
Two things that upset:
1. I specifically had instructions that if my selected bouquet (Happiness) was unavailable, that the entire order should be canceled (and refunded).
2. The flowers I ordered and paid for cost $39.99 while the flowers that were delivered cost only $26.99 -- a difference of $13.
