Polynesian Hangi tasted like CHOW MEIN try keep it traditional and stick to the meats, 3 Veges, Stuffing & Cabbage not add CELERY. Mussel Fritters just tasted like a FISHY FRITTER with minced mussels be better if it was mussel chunks pan or plate fried not DEEP FRIED was basically burned with a fishy smell & fishy taste no mussels. Chips were good I must say.

Roasted pork did not look like photos, was cut in strips off rolled pork with very little crackle.
Need to work on the stuffing that's in the hangi wasn't that great but the rest was GOOD.
Fish and chips were good to.
