• DoorDash orderOne of my pints was the wrong flavor than what I had ordered, I am assuming due to the flavor being out of stock. It was replaced with a more expensive brand of ice cream which I greatly appreciate, however it was not a good replacement for the flavor I did order. Ice cream is one of those foods that people love or hate very specific flavors and brands, so it might be a good idea to have the option to choose replacement or back up items like some stores do in case what you chose is out of stock.
I am very satisfied with the speed of which my order was ready and I like the selection and variety of ice cream to choose from although I do believe for a store that only sells ice cream the selection could be much larger. Perhaps more brands and an option to bundle a large container of a basic ice cream, like vanilla, with topping such as nuts, sprinkles, chocolate syrup, bananas, cherries, etc would, in my opinion, be a great addition.
Overall I am satisfied and happy with my order, though with a couple small changes this would definitely be a 5 star store that I would order from more frequently rather than a 4 star I order from rarely.
