Best Bagel shop on this side of the bay. If you are in Los Gatos or near by you must stop here. The staff is always so friendly & always greet you when you come in. The bagels are full of flavor & they have a wide variety of different cream cheeses to compliment them. I am never disappointed when I visit. Great customer service! Great food! Great ambiance!

I got the eggwhich supreme on an everything bagel. I paid extra for avocado & the avocado was rotten. The sandwich was also very bland, no everything flavor on the bagel at all. Wont be ordering again from here.

My drink was full of ice first and foremost. I did not pay for a full cup of ice with a little bit of tea. Of course, we all know that's a cheap trick to give less of the drink itself. It's not a hot summer day, to merit a full cup of ice.
