I have ordered the steak in the sack combo numerous times and have submitted instructions to have extra seasoning salt put on my fries. I have even contacted the store manager and she was extremely rude very ignorant. I work across town and waited patiently for my food, it is very upsetting when it is not prepared the way you expect. Thank you

We've been eating here most of our lives, and yet, today, we were charged $2.26 extra just for asking for seasoning on our fries (something they offer for FREE at the drive through). In addition, our order wasn't made correctly with items on the burger that was asked to be left off, etc. Kind of a shame.
