the Sugar Cookie was hard as a rock felt like it was from 3-4 days ago. at least the Boston Boston Cream Donuts the bottom of them are a little bit crunchy but I'll get over it. For the Original Iced Coffee I don't know why you didn't listen to how much sugar I asked for but it's okay

Steeped Tea did not have the teabags in the cup upon delivery, and tasted flat

The sausage and bacon breakfast sandwich was an absolute mess and the bacon is floppy and barley cooked. We also ordered a 20 pack timbits and only got three kinds. alot of them being plain ....
